Each year, Grane Hospice hosts an annual memorial service, a Celebration of Hope and Remembrance. It is always a meaningful time for families of our patients to come together with the Grane team to honor, remember, and celebrate the lives of our patients. It has always been a special time of healing and fellowship. Due to the current health restrictions, we are saddened that we cannot gather in person for this service this year. However, we recognize that this is a very difficult time for all who are grieving and we still wanted to do something special for the families of our patients. We invite you to view the virtual memorial service we have put together, and hope that this will be of some comfort and support to you during this very difficult time.
