We wish you and yours a truly happy holiday season!
There are numerous holidays that span between November and January. It is important to us to help our patients and their families celebrate what is most important to them during this time. If you have a loved one on our services during this holiday season, the Grane Hospice Team will do whatever they can to help! We’ve had numerous holiday parties celebrated throughout the month of December in the facilities that we serve. Our Pampered Patient Aides have been hard at work ensuring that not only our facility patients, but home patients feel extra special during this holiday season. Additionally, our Chaplains are always available to help our patients and families receive the religious support that they need–regardless of their denomination. Lastly, to our bereaved families, we know that the holidays can be tough after losing a loved one. We hope that our memorial services and grief support groups help to give you peace and closure; remember, Grane Hospice never closes the door on bereavement support.
