The volunteers at Grane Hospice give back to families with articles that remind them of their loved ones. 

Memory Bears are made by volunteers with small articles of memorabilia that bring back happy memories of a loved one who has passed. 

This bear was made in memory of a King of Prussia patient with his clothing, even using his hat! It has been mailed to the family to enjoy for years to come.
