Each year, Mother’s Day marks the first day of National Skilled Nursing Care Week (formerly known as National Nursing Home Week)- an observance that celebrates and recognizes skilled nursing care centers and the extraordinary work they do in caring for our seniors and individuals with disabilities. Grane Hospice has the privilege of caring for patients who reside in these nursing facilities, giving our staff a first-hand look at the exceptional work done there.
